How it works
Step 1
Discovery
First, book your discovery call (20min) and fill out the client form. We will discuss the scope of your project and assess how I can help you meet your goals. We will discuss the process, book a date and make a plan of action.
Step 2
Before
Let the fun begin! I will share all the time-saving frameworks and checklists that make this process a breeze. Once completed, we will set up a strategy call to discuss your project in further detail, review your preliminary work, and outline your upcoming design day.
Step 3
During
Time to let the magic happen! We will communicate off and on throughout the day to achieve the goals of your project. Quick communication is KEY to getting the most accomplished. At the end of your day, I will share the completed work, and we will set up a time for revisions and questions.
Step 4
After
In addition to your one-hour revision and questions meeting, you will have 30 days of email support AND access to our resource library. I also provide a video explaining how to use the most common features of YOUR website.

VIP days are for business owners who want results quickly but also understand that quickness comes with decisive decision-making. You have a clear vision for your project. You also need to be able to commit to being available on the VIP day for feedback and questions. Also, it would be best if you were ready to invest the time needed to complete the prework to accomplish the most on your day.
Depending on the scope of work, you can book multiple days if needed or add a half-day after your full day. I can give my best estimate on a discovery call.
The amount of work we can get done in a day greatly depends on several factors:
-how prepared you are ahead of time with your pre-work
-how available and responsive you are on the VIP day
-how many revisions you would like made
-how clear you are about the exact needs of your project ahead of time
You will provide all copy to me as part of your pre-work. Copywriting is not my jam! I will provide a blueprint and guiding questions to help you with your copy. You could also hire a copywriter. I am happy to share the contact information of the people I recommend!
For websites, I build WordPress sites with the page builder Elementor. Your personalized tutorial video will go over the basics of updating your site using Elementor if you wish after our design day.
For design, I use several platforms. Most often, I use Photoshop and Canva.
You may reschedule your design day if you notify me within 10 days of your booked day. You may reschedule for any future dates within 90 days of the original booking.
Due to the work and reservation nature, there is a no cancellation or refund policy.
Nope! We will have a Zoom kick-off call before the design day to discuss the project details. On the design day, we will communicate via Voxer, FB messenger, or WhatsApp (your choice.)
Your pre-work includes gathering everything I will need to get the most accomplished in our day.
Branding: logos, fonts, colors, favicon, stock photos, professional photos, etc. You may add a half day if you would like me to design your primary branding and logo. If you are looking for more than primary branding, I’m happy to refer you to a branding expert.
Blueprint: I will provide a strategic structure for your website for you to use if you would like. You will decide the order and write the copy.
Nuts and bolts: You will also have a checklist of items I will need to be able to access and set up your website.
